We have all heard stories of identity theft and the loss of personal information from an online hack. During this session we will examine the types of information we share and how it can be protected using a variety of tools. We will look at how social engineers target individuals, how hackers attack databases, and how we often neglect basic security in our day-to-day life. By the end of the session we will have a understanding of how to secure our digital identity and help others do the same.
