The mainstream media leads us to believe there are greater threats to our society than that which harbours in the online world. What do we believe our are greatest concerns for our students when it comes to the digital sphere in the 21st century.
Bullying is a catch-all vehicle for actions that are usually rooted in homophobia, classism, racism, and misogyny. What is currently occurring (or not) in our educational sphere to combat these items in face-to-face and digital interactions so that students are building foundations of respect, empathy, and acceptance of the diverse world they live in.
